Hi Andy, One of the attorney’s I work with gave me a copy of the attached; one of his friends is on the “right” side… The IRS is trying to bypass the 5th amendment rights by what is called the required records doctrine…essentially compelling defendants to hang themselves without any right against self incrimination… The reading is not for the lighthearted but I thought a slice of your distribution list would find this interesting… All the best, | ||||
